I wanted to send a note outside the track and let you know that while I have worked with many consultants trying to perform the IWA configuration over the last few years, and Infodrive has been one of the best that I have worked with. I just wanted to commend their work on this track, it is rare in Tech Support that we work with a SAS consultant with his level of effectiveness, that takes ownership of the project like he did and proactively troubleshoots issues. It was clear that they were well prepared on the IWA configuration, which is one of the most difficult configurations that we support.
