We help our customers to modernize their application echo system. Our first and most important activity is to execute an application modernization by reviewing the inventory of the existing app ecosystem. Once we have the assessment results we are starting our evaluation on the basis of the potential benefits should this applications are modernized and the criticality of the application to customer experience and to the the organization’s future. The applications that fall on the top-right quadrant of the grid e.g. high value and low effort will be the most-obvious, ”low hanging fruits” least-contentious apps to begin an application modernization project.
